This program is offered to the public for the first time. Anyone with a home in the Portland metro area now has access to our Vendor database. For a monthly subscription of $25.00 a month, you can make one call and do it all. Call Reliable Repair Services, 365 day a year, will locate you any type of vendor you need. Have the ultimate confidence you are not over paying, and not having to find multiple vendors and bids. You make one call, we do it all. Saving you time and money.

If you Rent a home, you get built in concierge service. You Own a home, and you are on your own.

You Rent a home:

You rent a $1,500 home or apartment and something goes wrong, whether you have spiders, your garbage disposal is not working, or your hot water heater quit working, door lock broken, no problem right, call your property manager and they will handle it. You immediately get full concierge service as a tenant for your property being you are a renter.

You Own a home:

You own a home or just bought a home, whether you bought a $500,000 home or a $2.5M home, same scenario above occurs, now what? You are on your own, time to start googling and sorting through the endless list of vendors, reviews, handymen, plumbers, electricians, etc. This is where we come in.

Our program allows you to have the confidence to get top notch vendor support with one phone call, email,or text 24/7, 365. We verify fair market cost for you so you never pay too much and don't have to worry about being gouged or taken advantage of.

PropM, Inc's Maintenance-as-a-Service program is a fantastic new program aimed at helping all homeowners by getting good, fair, reliable help.

*Actual cost of work is paid directly by homeowner to Vendor, Reliable Repair Services MaaS (Maintenance as a Service) will find you the right vendor whom you will pay directly. RRS MaaS Program is only available to property owners who sign up for the annual contract.

How it works?

1. Sign Up for an Annual Subscription for $25.00 per month ($300 for the year).  By signing an annual contract with PropM, Inc, this will allow you immediate access to all our vendors.
2. Once we have the signed contract, you will be set up in our system as a client and can call anytime 503.395.7055, 24/7.
3. The actual cost of the repair or replacement will be invoiced electronically for you to pay by credit card. Again, the subscription cost does not cover the actual cost of any work performed.  Signed agreement gets you 24/7 access to our vendor network and support.  A great value!
