This program is offered to anyone with a home in the Portland metro area. For a monthly subscription you can have all your maintenance issues taken care of for your own home with ultimate confidence you are not over paying, and not having to find multiple vendors and bids, saving you time and money.

One of the emerging trends - Think about the two scenarios for a moment.

You rent a $1,500 home or apartment and something go wrong, whether you have spiders, your garbage disposal is not working, or your hot water heater quit working, door lock broken, no problem right, call your property manager. You immediately get full concierge service for your property being you are renting.

Now this. Whether you buy a $500,000 home or a $2.5M home, same scenario above occurs, now what? You are on your own, time to start googling and sorting through the endless list of vendors, handymen, plumbers, electricians, etc. This is where we come in.

Our program allows you to have the confidence to get top notch vendor support with one phone call or email, 24/7, 365. We verify fair market cost for you so you never pay too much and don't have to worry about being gouged or taken advantage of.

PropM, Inc's Maintenance-as-a-Service program is a fantastic new program aimed at helping all homeowners by getting good, fair, reliable help.

How it works?

  1. Sign Up for an Annual Subscription for $25.00 per month ($300 for the year).  By signing an annual contract with PropM, Inc, this will allow you immediate access to all our vendors.
  2. Once we have the signed contract, you will be set up in our system as a client and can call anytime 503.395.7055, 24/7.
  3. The actual cost of the repair or replacement will be invoiced electronically for you to pay by credit card. Again, the subscription cost does not cover the actual cost of any work performed.  Signed agreement gets you 24/7 access to our vendor network and support.  A great value!
