PropM, Inc's Maintenance-as-a-Service program is a fantastic new program aimed at helping all homeowners by getting good, fair, reliable help.

How it works?

  1. Sign Up for an Annual Subscription for $25.00 per month ($300 for the year).  By signing an annual contract with PropM, Inc, this will allow you immediate access to all our vendors.
  2. Once we have the signed contract, you will be set up in our system as a client and can call anytime 503.395.7055, 24/7.
  3. The actual cost of the repair or replacement will be invoiced electronically for you to pay by credit card. Again, the subscription cost does not cover the actual cost of any work performed.  Signed agreement gets you 24/7 access to our vendor network and support.  A great value!
