Michelle is her name and exceptional service is her game! She has 25 years in the game of sales and property management and she’s been winning ever since. Michelle takes in all our clients as if they are long-time friends, and if you hear her on the phone, she is likely to be laughing and enjoying a great conversation with current and potential homeowners while she introduces our exceptional services! When she is away from the office, Michelle enjoys reading, dancing, and exercising. Her beautiful son and daughter keep her motivated to live life to the fullest! As a resident local, Michelle knows the rental market like the back of her hand! If you saw Michelle eating a fruit, it would be a papaya with lime!
Jen Coleman

When Jen is not kicking the soccer ball or playing disc golf, both sports have a strong passion for her, you will find Jen helping customers and getting things done. Jen has over 6 years of Customer Service experience in the field and is very committed to offering excellent customer service to our clients and tenants at PropM, Inc. Jen lives in the beautiful and desirable City of Lake Oswego and has traveled abroad to destinations including the East Coast, Hawaii, California and Mexico. Outside of work she enjoys relaxing and staying active with adventures such as hiking and floating the river. Jen loves time spent with her fiancé Mitch, her family and friends. With no time to rest, Jen is also very busy putting the final touches on her wedding plans for next summer...and she will make a gorgeous bride for sure! If you were to ask her co-workers why they love to work with Jen, they would reply because she is a hard worker and has a great work ethic! If you are lucky enough to catch Jen at home, you will find her with her adorable cat named “Cosmo” and eating a bowl of sliced pineapple, her favorite fruit!
Devon Abbott

When Devon is not watching college and professional football, or playing fantasy football, you will find her helping others and making a difference. Devon has over 8 years of customer service experience and 3 years in property management. Prior to her work with Property Management where she excelled at Human Resources and Executive Administrative tasks, she was part of the Marine Corp with a specialty in communications and executive administration. She excels at anything related to computers. Already she has taken over the role of maintenance; coordinating all maintenance between residents, owners and vendors ensuring that issues are dealt with timely and efficiently. In addition, as tasks are assigned she is quickly working through systems and helping us to become more organized with our processes and procedures. She currently resides in Troutdale and has traveled all over the U.S., but never been outside of the country. Devon loves time spent with her son, boyfriend, family and friends, and goes camping often. She loves playing board games and attending concerts including the Rolling Stones and Iron Maiden, which tells you that for her age she’s an old soul. At home, you will find Devon spending time with her dog, Zora and kitten, Bastianich. If you saw Devon eating a fruit, it would be apples. Devon is a hard worker and someone you can depend on!
Lester Neal

PropM welcomes Lester, who currently resides in Portland, Oregon. Lester specializes in Client Services, analyzing leads and showings, while providing complete tenant satisfaction and assurance to owners. Outside of work, he is happiest watching a movie with the people he loves. Beyonce inspires him because she always gives her best in whatever she’s doing, always. Lester is motivated by being the best he can be, always. He is currently working on how to be better than he was yesterday. He is an open book and can sing, but most people close to him know this. The Left Right Game podcast by Jack Anderson is one of his favorite podcasts and two of his favorite books are Thirst by Christopher Pike and You Are A Badass by Jen Sincero. If Lester could have three apps on his smartphone, they would be IMessage, Google Chrome, and YouTube. His favorite quote is, “Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you’ll land among the stars.” When it comes to seasons, he loves Fall because the leaves change colors and it's a cozy time! If he could be an animal, he would be a bunny, because they’re cute and adorable. He enjoys spending time meditating and being productive. If you were to ask his co-workers why they love to work with Lester, they would reply because he is helpful!
Sara Gleason

PropM welcomes Sara to the team. Sara is from Newberg, Oregon. Sara is happiest when she’s talking with her child and getting her nails done. Sara’s favorite books are the Harry Potter series, Hunger Games series and the Game of Throne series. If Sara could only have three apps on her phone, she would pick Pokémon Go, Candy Crush, and Messaging. After a busy day, Sara likes to unwind by either reading or talking with her child. Sara’s favorite season is fall. Sara’s superpower of choice would be Mind Control because it would be great. If Sara could be any animal, she would pick an elephant or owl. If Sara could be any supernatural creature, she would like to be a mermaid, because she would like to live in the ocean. Sara’s favorite TV show is The Walking Dead and favorite movie is Harry Potter. A fact most people don’t know is she is a pastry chef, and she is an excellent cook. His children not only occupy his free time, but they also inspire and motivate him. Brad loves the company Vans for his clothing wants and needs. If he could be an animal, he would choose a penguin because they are just too cute. He enjoys playing Pokémon Go with his children and partner. Brad enjoys coffee and spending time outdoors. She was the most caring and kind hearted person she has ever met. She has a zest for life and could laugh in any situation. Lacey is motivated by being the best version of herself every day, because life is so short. Lacey’s favorite podcasts are Crime Junkie and The Gauge. If Lacey could be any animal, she would be her dog! A hidden skill Lacey has is that she’s been riding horses and team roping and barrel racing since she was 2 years old! Meet Nadine Strandberg, born and raised in Oregon. Nadine is a problem solver at heart, and describes her job as "identifying fires and putting them out." She is constantly working on her professional skills, with a focus on developing empathy. In her free time, you'll find Nadine spending time with her kids, baking, building things, and getting some well-deserved rest. Inspired by her 90-year-old active grandfather, Nadine lives by the quote "When life gets you down, just keep swimming." Her colleagues would describe her as outgoing, always smiling, and always on the go. With just three apps on her phone - camera, calendar, and phone - Nadine unwinds after a busy day with pajamas, wine, and a movie. With a skill in calligraphy and a passion for working with younger people, Denise is an inspiring member of our team. Welcome to our team, The Keeganator! Originally from West Linn, Oregon, Keegan is a valuable addition to our team with her expertise in client services, analyzing leads and showings, and reassuring both prospective renters and current owners that they are in great hands with PropM Property Management. If she had to write her own job title, it would be "Client Services Specialist."
Keegan is currently working on establishing boundaries, both professionally and personally. When she's not working, she enjoys playing laser tag with her kids, and her favorite quote is "Perception comes from projection." Keegan draws inspiration from people, seeing the resilience of the human spirit even in the face of adversity.
Her relationship with God motivates her, and she enjoys reading A Course in Miracles, The Biology of Belief, and The Physics of Consciousness. If she could be any animal, she'd choose to be a hummingbird, and she has a hidden talent of being able to spell backwards just as fast as forwards. Passionate and dedicated, Keegan's colleagues would describe her as such.
