Avoiding Rental Scams!

First and most obvious.  If the rent price is too good to be true, it’s probably a scam.  Never wire money for a property you haven’t seen or to a landlord who is in another country and promises to FedEx you the keys. Do some basic homework on the property you are looking at, call the landlord and talk to them about their place, see if they are familiar with their own place.  Our ads are watermarked (our name over the photo) to identify the photo’s as authentic and to help prevent scammers from using our photo’s and offering the home to you at 50% of the actual rent or less.
